Week 2 Update

Well, week 2 was a bit unique as I was in Joplin, MO for a mission trip with about a dozen others from my church. However, I managed to stay in contact with Rhonda via texting and e/mail thanks to my phone (gotta love technology)! I reviewed her second week of meals and my top observations were the following: 1) Rhonda barely ingested 1,200 calories a day and 2) her quality of food wasn’t in proportion with her quantity. Hey everybody…thanks for taking the time to read our brand new “Take Control” campaign blog with myself and Rhonda LaRue!
