So this week’s blog is about attitude....as you can recall from last week’s blog I took quite a fall. I knew that I had hurt myself pretty badly but maybe was in denial about how bad. I guess my thinking was if I don't acknowledge that I'm hurt then it will go away....WRONG!!! Wednesday I finally bit the bullet and went to the walk-in clinic and the verdict is a broken wrist and severely sprained collateral ligaments in my knee. This week’s blog is all about breaking old mind sets and overcoming obstacles! I was given my treadmill & weight lifting workout this week by my "fairy godmother" trainer, Angela. Since I am "cardio queen" of the world I figured my cardio workout would be no sweat (boy was I wrong...LOL). Then, on top of that, I had to make things more difficult on myself by running to get the phone at work and completely wiping out!!
