Family Fitness – What’s in it for me?

I've always been an active person.  And 20 years ago, when I was a kid, we played outside.  We played tag, hide and go seek, baseball/softball, kickball, etc.  Unfortunately, kids don't play outside like they used to.  When I was in school, we had excellent physical education programs...unfortunately, it seems as if schools don't have the budget to provide good physical education for the students. Your abdomen (or ‘abs’) is important to you. It is a big muscle that contains your stomach, liver and intestines, your kidneys and bladder, and your reproductive organs, and helps to protect them all.
