Well here we are in the midst of another holiday season filled with family, shopping and the dreaded food. This time of the year is quite stressful for many families and we all have a lot on our plates. It is important not to forget to take some time for ourselves and focus on getting in our daily exercise; doing this will help relieve stress and help you avoid the dreadful winter weight gain. Passion can be expressed as a feeling of unusual excitement, enthusiasm or compelling emotion towards a subject, idea, person, or object. Family Fitness – What’s in it for me?

I've always been an active person.  And 20 years ago, when I was a kid, we played outside.  We played tag, hide and go seek, baseball/softball, kickball, etc.  Unfortunately, kids don't play outside like they used to.  When I was in school, we had excellent physical education programs...unfortunately, it seems as if schools don't have the budget to provide good physical education for the students.
