What did you have for breakfast this morning? Was it toast with jam, bowl of fibre rich cereal with milk, muesli, yogurt, protein shake, bacon and eggs, muffin, coffee, cigarette and a coke or NOTHING! Stay Fit While You Plan Your Wedding
